Orders will be shipped within 24–48 hours, depending on warehouse availability. Once your package has been shipped from our USA warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Free shipping to the USA with a purchase over $ 98. 
Please be advised that we do not recommend using a P.O. BOX as your shipping address to prevent potential delivery issues or extra charges.

When the goods arrive in Canada duties must be applied, which are mandatory and will be calculated according to the invoice.

GOODS DELIVERY
Upon delivery of the order by the courier, verify that:

  • The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document;
  • The packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered;
  • The transport document contained in the special envelope applied outside one of the packages, or delivered by the courier, must be kept;
  • A mismatch in the number of packages as well as the loss or any damage, must be immediately reported to the courier;
  • In case of non-congruity of the goods, any costs for reinstatement and/or replacement are borne by Ufo Plast Italy S.r.l.
